With the new year always comes a new calendar. But this year I’ve drifted away from digital or simple monthly calendar. No, instead I’m embracing the potentially impractical yet impressive Yearly Dry Erase Calendar to keep me on track and motivate in 2015.

I was inspired by work to pick up a writable, yearly calendar. Admittedly, that’s a little nerdy, but I’m hoping a physical calendar will be harder to ignore than the various digital productivity tools I’ve tried. Plus the large format and dry-erase features should make it easier to use than a standard monthly wall calendar. When you’re trying to fit crafting and making into your larger plans, seeing the long term can be helpful. It’s only been a couple of weeks, but I’m feeling pretty good about the purchase. January is about launching this blog and my Etsy shop, so the more on task I can be the better.

How about you? Do you use a productivity tool or calendar that gives your a yearly overview of activities?
